2017 AAC Bowl Talk

Pretty good game, overall. More strategy than a pure run and gun shootout.

24-24 in the 4th

Tech beat Houston by 3, Houston beat USF by 4. Logic says Tech 7 better than USF. Ten minutes to go and the game is TIED up. (I know, no reality in this assumption, but who cares) Bulls are not too shabby . . . . .

Inb4 they kick it to Keke

They catch a player taking a helmet off, but not the whole Tech coaching staff and multiple players coming on the field after the possible intentional grounding. Assuming they dont screw this up, glad USF won it.

Officials hate to see P6 teams beat P5 every time . . . . .

Good win for USF. Strong has that program in great shape.

A needed win for the conference. A 6-6 B12 team beating a 9-4 AAC team only strengthens the P5 agenda. Though in reality both teams were plenty good today and it was a really well played game on both ends.

SDSU loses to Army.

What a game!

Bulls turned it around in second half. much more focused offensively. Glad the represented well, now it’s our turn!

Isn’t it interesting that there is only one ny6 bowl that has other bowls going on at the same time and it’s the one bowl that features a G5? Notre Dame plays on ABC at 1230 and UCF/Auburn kicks off at 12. Weak. They just do everything they can to keep us down.

They are also going back on a promise that ny6 games would be “featured” like BCS games were. ESPN at noon while Notre Dame is on ABC is not “featured.” I’m sure the article on lackluster ratings for the Peach Bowl compared to other ny6 is ready to go as well.
