They aren’t Alabama.
They don’t play a lot of non-conf roadies and don’t leave the state much for them…but they are playing at Boise next year so…they’re willing to travel if the deal is right.
I think we got paid 1.5 million to move that game to NRG.

$1.715M…kinda…UH was also on the hook for almost $1M in required ticket purchase. Not sure what we grossed after selling those (or giving them to students/including them in season ticket package).
WSU only got $100k (per https://247sports.com/college/washington-state/Article/Washington-State-Cougars-football-Houston-small-payday-contract-Advocare-Texas-Kickoff-135525526/) and had to pay the officials.
