Those guys look in pretty good shape to me. As for me, I haven’t been working out, but I have been carbohydrate loading, so that should count for something.

That freshman from shadow creek and Jamal shead looking like they have both been carb loading. Gooodness!
You can see the difference between the kids who have been in the program compared to the newbies except the kid from shadow creek.
Walker and Armbreater both look the part as true freshman
I really enjoy these posts of the off season work outs. Something to look forward to when there are no games. It would be nice if the names of the players and coaches would be added to the pictures. I can’t recognize most of the players and coaches and would love to associate their names and faces.

I think it would be interesting to interview the players to get their feedback on how this gets them ready and where they see the biggest improvement.

Once the season starts, how much time is spent in the weight room? Or doing the drills?
Still do weight training just modified and different types
