Baylor was hardly the same conditions. We didn’t have a mass exodus of transfers coupled with losing all of our committs.
I noticed our D stopped them 2 times. Navy D stopped us 0 times. We stopped ourselves with turnovers 5 times.
D had trouble with the FB dive but we did stop it a couple of times. Don’t know what the difference was between the ones we stopped and the ones we didn’t. Maybe their motion confused us.

We stopped them 4 times…Twice to punt and 2 more times on 4th down tries we stopped when they refused to punt…

That’s right. I meant to mention the two 4th down stops. No small feat!
Yeah Ben, and unlike baylor, we were competitive in every game and didn’t lose to Liberty.
I saw a lot of fight yesterday. Team didn’t quit and defense came up with some huge stops. Were were outmanned and had no depth so anyone expecting us to have the ability of stopping that offense especially with 5 turnovers was crazy.
We had two fourth down stops in Navy territory. Excellent field position but Tune threw interceptions after both.
