2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic
The 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic returns to Minute Maid Park March 3-5.

The three-day tournament will feature the University of Mississippi, Baylor University, Texas Tech University, Texas A&M University, Texas Christian University and Louisiana State University.

It’s all right. Corpus tourney they’re in this year may end up being better.

UH and Rice both have good home series that weekend against west coast teams.

It appears that this is the future direction the Astros are taking this event. UH and Rice should start their own weekend tournament spanning both our fields.

I wouldn’t make the assumption that Houston and Rice were available and weren’t offered.

If I remembered correctly, UH declined it last year.
