Memphis and SMU are better than the last 5 teams imo
Good starting point.
In 1982 we started at 14 , and went into the tournament as no. 1, therefore my logic says we will go into the tournament as no. 4 and one of the no. 1 seeds.
Go Coogs
I don’t believe we are 1982 good, but I get what you’re saying. I think we are top 10 by March if our bigs, what’s left of them, can get it done and our perimeter shooting is as improved as folks think it will be.
Texas #19…they ALWAYS find a way to rank them to start the season in both basketball and football, no matter how bad they were the season before
UT…lolololololololololollolol
i think we were ranked because they wanted a showdown between ranked opponents Us vs Tech
Shania Smart last stand…
Trey are the Duke of football…added to the rankings only to lose it by first week!
This our first preseason ranking under CKS? Finally some much needed respect we deserve!
Our fans made John Feinstein quit submitting a ballot. He didn’t rank UH and had UT pretty high. Also was the lowest rated voter according to collegepolltracker.com
lol…John can’t handle accountability (and some rabid Houston fans). Peace out John! We (all college basketball fans) won’t miss you at all.
One less wussy to block us. Him not having us ranked says it all

All in his Bio, guess you can add UH with SC.
Quite obviously.
