“It’s really big. We’ve been dreaming about it since all of us stepped for on campus,” Brooks commented. "We knew it was a realistic goal when we all put our minds to it. We’ve really been striving and working hard to get to it. Seeing it come to action is a great thing.
“You have to start with believing in yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. We got to believing we could win; and, once we started, we could win. We started winning. We stuck together. We kept fighting. Going through adversity. We just used all of them as learning experiences.”
