The system the Astros set up creates an unfair advantage because the road team doesn’t have access to the same infrastructure.

That said, why are we being punished for beating other teams on their own turf?

Yeah, this alleged “cheating” gave the Astros such an advantage that it explains why they lost all of their home games in the World Series against the Nationals and won all of their away games!

They used a trash can lid to communicate what they”thought” the pitch would be. Since there are a myriad different pitches and a myriad different locations and speeds for each pitch I’m wondering how effective the scheme was. If they got the signs wrong in a game were they still cheating?
