So far they told me to send it back to get a refund. I asked for a return label and haven’t gotten a response.

I got the refund and was able to keep the bobble head.

When I asked about this, the guy on the phone said it didn’t make any sense to pay for shipping them back since they are losing money on the whole lot.

If it wasn’t for this thread, wouldn’t have noticed.

I wonder why they wanted mine back. Maybe different person on phone than email. I will have to call.
