He committed after the game tonight. Huge get for the staff.
Coogs were his first offer last May and they stayed with him since then. He has offers from LSU, Duke, Iowa State, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas State, Baylor, Boston College, and SMU.
Huge get for the Coogs

I’ll drink to that news.
Great news!
We are DT U!!!
Welcome to the Coog family young man!
CMA better stay or he’s changing his commitment. What say you Mr. Alfred!!
The UH 2020 recruiting class is off to a great start! Let’s keep them coming.
I think Es is high on the guy. He personally retweeted the commit and added he was next up.
Blum’s had big Ed helping with his recruitment.
Been really impressed by Blum. He’s got a good future at this level; probably be a DC at some point.
I hear there may be an opening next year. At least I heard that on this board (and in my heart).
yeah I’m a huge fan of blum. that was a hire by Applewhite i actually liked when he became hc.
You really want to admit that? Publically?
Don’t worry, Dallas, I’ve screen shotted it for posterity’s sake. Diehard has said before that he’s given CMA credit, but I couldn’t remember any instances. I’m saving this one.
Sorry, Diehard. Just had to pull your chain a bit.
There. We have it in writing. DiehardCoog713 has found something CMA did that he LIKES!
With all due respect, his only questionable hirings has been the offensive coordinator & defensively coordinator. He got baby Briles. If coach CMA decided to look elsewhere at this off season coming up at DC, I wouldn’t have a problem. We need a defense that attacks more, especially having Big Ed getting triple team. Next year, Big Ed won’t be around to cover for some of the deficiencies coach D has in his defensive schemes.
i joined the site early this season. when we hired him i praised him for finishing out the 2016 recruiting period strong after herman left. I praised him for the blum hire. I praised him for the briles hire. I praised him for beating Arizona twice and usf when they were ranked.
Interesting, he is wearing number 10 as well.
