I would consider this a big boom after watching his junior highlights again.
Long player that can score, shoot well, rebound and play defense.

His tape is really impressive.
As I have been unable to see him in person, hopefully that changes this year, I would say he looks the part of another Tramon Mark level player.

Like I mentioned in the 2021 thread, I hope Ramon can graduate early and join the team mid-season, like Caleb Mills did. I think the extra practice time with the team plus traveling with everyone to Italy helped Caleb adjust quickly. It would only help Ramon when he hits the court for his official freshman season.
Very excited about this commit! Very much a Sampson-esque guy. Helps some with the sting of losing Nate.

would have to have Open scholly available to come on in mid-Jan. Have 1 now but expect CKS to fill it with Big Man in coming months. Kellen going to go scout in Nigeria and scour the soccer fields for Big Man !!

My son taught him at Shadow Creek and has nothing but good things to say about him. Also an excellent student.
Can you imagine how good SC would have been if Griggs had stayed there?

I will be shocked if he leaves early. He plays on a great HS team with a legitimate shot to go deep in the HS playoffs next season. He’s not giving that opportunity up, nor should he.

Just briefly looked at his highlights and reminds me some of Grimes.
Good athlete but not explosive, uses both hands very well and is highly skilled with ball
That first highlight where he gets the ball behind half court and only needs two dribbles to throw down a dunk with his off hand is pretty impressive.

Tulsa and others were after him, but he didn’t have big-time offers. But supposedly he would have garnered some this summer. I guess the pandemic is affecting recruiting as well since he seems to be a high major prospect. But other offers don’t really matter when CKS is coach.

CKS has a knack for offering players way before others catch on. I would imagine his (and Kellen’s) ability to build that relationship very early on has resulted in us landing some of these players that blow up and receive significant offers later on.

Football doesn’t have the same chance at a NCAA championship because THERE ISN’T ONE!!! And the faux Alabama/Clemson/The OSU/OU invitational won’t let anyone not in their conferences in.
