Last year the Coogs' class had an average of 82 rating using the 247 composite. Currently this year's class would have an average rating of 80.75. That isn't too far off.
2016's class was an aberration as we had Ed Oliver pulling up our average nearly single handedly plus Trendavian Dickson adding to it as well and he never even played a game with us.

That covers all the years after Keenum left. In hindsight we know just how good some of those guys were and our current class is right in line with those numbers. In this year's case it sounds like a couple of our "two-star" guys are ones the coaches are really pushing to get. If this staff, with all their recruiting ties and experience, are going that hard for them I think that we can assume they are at least a little better than their current rating.
