Think he committed awhile back, but just noticed that he was committed to Houston

Perfect Game has him ranked as the 2nd best player in Maryland and 324th best overall. He’s a hard thrower as he’s topped 90 MPH pretty easily and hit 93 so far this summer.

Miami coach retired and I’m guessing Rooney may have been recruiting him while at UCF.

Rooney’s gotten us looks from at least a couple MD/Mid-Atlantic guys.

Obviously our primary focus has been and will be Texas, but Cougar history recent and not so recent is evidence we shouldn’t avoid out of state or even out of country guys (Scheiner, Dowdy, Iriart, Weigel, Poncedeleon and Longville were all contributors to some degree).
