Blair is originally from Yorktown, VA. As a high schooler, he finished 1st in the long jump, 2nd in the 4x400, 3rd in the 100m, and 4th in the 200m at the 3A state championships.
At Virginia State, as a sophomore, he finished 1st overall in the high jump in his 2019 conference championships (1st time that I can tell that he ever competed in the event). As a freshman, he finished 8th in the 200m at the USATF Junior Championships, 10th in the 200m and 11th in the Long Jump at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships.
