I remember the last Tech game was electric, should be better at the Cage.
It was a solid crowd. A little late arriving, but filled in nicely. Even with the struggles in the first half, the crowd was into it trying to fire up the defense. I had to leave at halftime as the heat was getting to me and I’m still recovering so I don’t know how the 2nd half felt.
I was surprised there weren’t more Tech fans. If you talk to them, they think they have a large fan base in Houston, but there were probably no more there than what Texas State brings. They did bring their entire band.
