Hofheinz statue is in progress:
The bronze statue of Hofheinz is planned for the new Hofheinz plaza outside the University of Houston’s basketball arena. It looms a foot or two above the average person, and Harness and his team (Donnie Pitchford and Bob Gober) have worked to depict Hofheinz’s squared-off face and serious demeanor from two portraits.
