That one had a whole bunch of words before it.
Case had a couple of strikes against him in the world of the beauty pageant QB position⊠short, undrafted, and was a so-called system quarterback. No one focused on how productive he is, his work ethic, and his âsweet feetâ.

Even this guy is faint with praising if not semi damning Case for playing for the worst team in the NFL in his first year. Wipe the 2013 Texans and 0-8 where no one had a chance at winning with a FG kicker who consistently fail to win games and a sieve of a defense that rarely stopped the other team even with JJ playing at his highest level and you have Case with a 9-9 record and now with a 16-10 record. Let me know when Hoyer wins 9 or any of those other QBâs signed for big money before case.
Wow prime time really is on the bandwagon
Gruden summed it up in about 30 seconds.
Boom! Heâs looking at $15m per for 2018.
The return to Calhoun will have to be put off for few more years;)
It would indeed be poetic justice if Case Keenum signs for ~$45 million over 3 years. It would surpass the amount that Scumlin scammed off of ATM based on his being able to use Case as his meal ticket.
[PS: Iâm sure that Case will never forget/forgive Scumlin for trying to quit in the C-USA Championship Game.]
Man I get chills just thinking about this moment and what we know today. I hope this is the start of something big for CK in Minnesota. Coincidentally, as a child the first team I rooted for was the Vikings, donât ask me why. I hope the play the Texans soon.
I remember being a tough spot in my life two years ago and I came across this Keenum quote. He couldnât be more right. It helped me stop thinking about people in a negative way. Itâs a great outlook on life. I really wish him the best.
Great quote
