Making hires based on “them not leaving” is ridiculous. Anyone that can double their salary will leave. We’ve been saddled with two coaching hires (Levine and now Applewhite) because the perception is they won’t leave. One reason is because they’re not in demand. Pez should get the job because he’s a perfect fit and qualified, we can worry about him leaving later. Arkansas grossly over paid for Hunter.
