Interesting point there. I think we need to have plan B just in case?

If that were to happen then vetting was a big fail.

Yeah, if you have to develop a “Plan B” in case your coaches get in legal trouble, then you probably shouldn’t make that hire.

Ricker was affiliated with the program somehow in '16, I believe as a QC. His twitter account had been that way all season. It was thought that he might have a shot at the OL gig because of that, but I don’t think he released anything saying he would end up as the coach.
