I’ll never understand the damn Metric System…
I’ll do a full update soon, but right now a few updates on guys:
-
Devin Davis is playing top level Greece
-
Corey Davis in Turkey top league, mainly playing the 2.
-
Zamal Nixon is now in Germany Pro A (2nd tier league there) which is a step down from previous year, but is with a good organiztion.
-
Kelvin Lewis is in Austria top league
-
Tashawn Thomas is back with the same Champions League team in Israel
-
Joe Young is back in China getting buckets
-
L.J. Rose is in Finland (but may just have been cut)
Also Galen Robinson just got in his first G-League game, 6 points and 2 assists in 17 minutes.
Galen is so much fun to watch.
Wow, huge game!
When are the Spurs gonna bring up Galen? Looks like he’s crushing it in the D League
Just looked up his stats. He’s averaging 18.4/4.2/7.4 over the past five games, which is great. On the season he’s averaging 8.2/2.3/5.3, so it’s been a pretty incredible run here recently.
I work with a bunch of Metric guys that hate the imperial system. I love the Imperial system better.
Galen has a gear higher than everyone else on the court
Gear?
Mongolia! I’ll bet there is something to tell us about that experience!
Lol… yes. Corrected above
Just saw Zamal Nixon signed last week with Ludwigsburg in Germany BBL (top league). He has really put together a good career, even with a small step back last year going down a league he took care of business and is back in a nice situation.

Good interview with Zamal Nixon.

Corey Davis signed in France in there highest league.
Does anyone know how much the leagues pay at the level Corey and Zamal are in?
Corey should be around 100k for the season, maybe a little lower if their budget was impacted by the virus. Nixon is an interesting one since he was picked up for the end of this season tournament. His team in Pro A Germany was probably around 3k/month. I am sure the BBL team gave him more but the opportunity to get back to that level for this short time was more of an incentive.
Zamal is averaging 9.3 points and 4 assists through the first 3 games, team is 3-0. One more game for the group stage, then quarterfinals. His team has a decent shot of winning the championship, ALBA is probably still the favorite.
Assuming Rob Gray stays with the Metropolitans, Davis and Gray will be playing in the same league. We’ll have to put up game threads when their teams play each other.
