Agree! After he completes his football career we need to talk him in to going to the pub for a XXXX Gold or Carlton Draught. Then just sit back an prepare for some laughs.

Dane and his Cougar Sports Showdown is reminiscent of Seabass’s German Lessons at old Robertson during halftime. They add an element of what I think is seriously missing in college athletics, personalities of the student athletes outside of their sport. I’m enjoying this series immensely.

Me too. I don’t normally follow many athletes on Twitter because it’s just so uninteresting or flat out stupid. Dane is a completely different animal.

Man, Dane’s a tall guy, but he must have a small torso. He’s wearing a jersey they gave out last week at the baseball game, but the sizes they had were only Adult L and Youth L. I’m 2 inches shorter than him and it would have been a belly shirt on me.

I couldn’t see the ball that well but I don’t understand how some of his hits weren’t hits. I think he gave a little leeway on that one.
Agree on the shirt but I’m thinking maybe they made him a personal one like they did on the basketball and baseball one.
