They’re having trouble picking a #1 guy in the state. They do mention Kyle Allen and discuss him a few times.
Allen is an unknown right now. He had a so so career at Aggieville before losing his starting position and then bolting College Station.
Personally I think he will get coached up here…at least hoping he will. We do not have the over all talent A&M has, and we don’t play in the SEC…that said, it all equals out when you consider we will have a competitive schedule. He will have to earn any honors he gets…and we have several nice options backing him up just in case…

Agreed. Strange that there really isn’t a sure thing at QB at any Texas school this year.
