Seems we only call deep out routes. Not the easiest to throw for completions.
Also, wondering why we abandoned the read-option. Postma was getting 5 every time and it kept the D honest.

Hopefully we’ll get it figured out. After 3 1/2 games into the season, I’m not impressed with the offense.
There’s issues with play calling. Same thing happened against Tech where throwing the screens and quick passes were working and then we completely went away from it.
Had some success than started getting greedy.
With our receivers lack of speed we have to execute and sustain long drives.
This team plays offense like there is some problems between Apples and the Dcoordinator. Something is wrong here. They’re not using their potential.
We have no home run hitters.
We only seem to throw out to the sidelines.
We need to use the entire field.
And keep running the read option.
Houston offense is dink and dunk and run up the middle… for no gain.
