Does USF have 2 bye weeks?

I was just looking at the remaining schedules for the AAC and it looks to me like USF has 2 bye weeks coming up.
They do not play this week and they don’t play the week of November 11.

So they played on 9-30 and their next game is 10-14. They will play on 11-4 (rescheduled UCONN game) and their next game will be Thursday 11-16. That looks like 2 bye weeks to me. What gives?

They played a game in “Week 0” or the week prior to Labor Day when only a handful of games were played. Due to that, they were able to take a 2nd bye week during the season.
