My mom and sister, both handicap, where stuck in the elevator. During the experience the elevator dropped at least a few foot unexpectedly, causing quite a jolt. I will be seeking a resolution. Unbelievable.

My parents nearly got stuck in that elevator, too.
Stuff happens. As long as it had a valid inspection you can’t really anticipate these things. I’m sure they will get it fixed.

Sorry to hear that. It seems nothing can go right with UH football.
Honestly I hate complaining, but these elevators have been a known issue.
Can anyone provide any direction on who I should contact for this type of issue? I plan on including Cougar Pride, but any other folks I should include?

Remember when we were at Robertson and we said the ramps were to steep?
Now we have stairs.
