Really would need to have him back by end of February. Playing games. If not, it’s not worth it to mess with the team chemistry in March.

truth, but I could see where he would be valuable in the tourney.
even if he just comes off the bench, would be nice to work him into the lineup mid february.

You all must have forgotten about…THE MID RANGE ASSASSIN already.
We can always use his mid range game, even if it’s only 10 minutes a game.
Plus, he knows our schemes better than anyone else.

I’m going to throw it out there and predict he plays last 3-4 gms of Reg Seasn. Starting around Feb 21 . Just for CKS to be discussing it w the media tells quite a bit imo. In the end it will be all parties in agreement. But I don’t thk for sec they are/would be worried abt messing up any chemistry. Basically he would replace Roberts as backup Power Forward. I’m a Big Fabian fan so I hope he’s able to come bk this yr n contribute in anyway possible.

Exactly. He & Sampson both already said he was coming back next year. He needs a full year to show the League , International scouts etc that he is fully recovered.
That would be a perfect situation. Let’s hope it plays out that way.

If he plays real well this season we may not see him next season. I am all in for him playing now and we can worry about later later.

Maybe he & Gorham will flip a coin to see who comes back. So they don’t get in ea others way. That being said imho I say less than 20% chance Gorham uses this year as free year. He knows FW is coming back n one of them would have to come off the bench.
Why couldn’t both start? It would be awesome.

I was thinking that against certain lineups, it would be good to go with White and Gorham plus a shot blocker like Roberts or Gresham. Important thing is to make absolutely sure Fabian is ready to go.
With the way we play defense, we can’t have too many bigs.
Pairing them could allow Gorham to work on his outside game more. True stretch 4 skills would be invaluable at the next level.
We want Fabian back. Believe it.
