“I’m really stoked to be going back to my roots at U of H,” Vaughn told mikemcguff.com. “I always thought I’d end up at a university again, because I’ve always wanted to give back to the newer generations in STEM.”
The former TV meteorologist was always using her platform to promote science, technology, engineering and math.
Vaughn will be the program manager for the new Master’s of Statistics and Data Science program which started last fall. She’ll also be teaching undergraduate mathematics courses.
