It looks like he has some kind of extended injury, because he hasn’t thrown since the opening weekend. Anyone know the story on this? It’d be a bummer if he did have to miss this year, because he looked really good in that 1 outing.
Kendall Rogers reported before the MM Classic that he had a lat injury and that he would be back the following weekend. However, Villarreal posted this to twitter right before that weekend:

Guessing that he reinjured the lat and will be out longer. Hopefully, he’ll be back at some point, but I haven’t heard a timetable.
