From borderline tears of joy to borderline tears of pain. What a ride it was. I hope as a fanbase we’re able to make it back to a scenario like that.

I swear the TV commentator said he hadn’t scored all night until that shot. Fake news! Go Coogs!

Don’t look at it as if you failed us. You entertained us in a way that has not happened in UH BB for about 30 years. We appreciate the hard work you all put in, and wish every one of our athletes a remarkable future . . . . .

This is the culture CKS has installed. People who are invested in success are more likely to succeed than those who do their jobs because it’s what they’re supposed to do.

Heartbreaking

Great season

I see that there are a ton of Michigan fans (on Twitter) pissed about Sampson’s comment that he feels like the best team didn’t win that game. Maybe it would be different if I were on the other side, but I didn’t think it was meant to be disrespectful.

Watching a sports talk show and one of the commentators offered the opinion that the last shot taken and made by Michigan for the three should have been called an offensive foul because the player kicked his legs out to get a sucker call of a defensive foul. Just his opinion, but it did get my attention. He was already tired of all the “flopping” by all of the players in the first weekend of the tournament . . . . .

We had a GREAT year; and Devin played GREAT all year too! Very proud of the whole team, and we all accepted that we would lose at some point in the tournament because, while we had a darn good team, no one thought we had a GREAT team, now did we? Did any of you actually think we would go all the way? Thought not!

Still, the way we lost hurts like He//! I have been watching basketball games now for over 70 years, and I don’t think I have EVER seen a 5-point play before. And yes, we missed 2 free throws which would have sealed the victory, but even after that, it took a 3-point shot - from the next county - to win it for Michigan.

As they say,“If you have your choice of luck or skill, take luck - every time!”

I mean considering UNC, Cincy, Xavier, and Virginia losing before the Sweet 16, I think we had a pretty good chance at the Final 4

I am so proud of this team. I know our future is bright.

In the NBA, that would have been a foul for kicking out his legs like that and making contact…in college, that isn’t a rule.

I will go with CKS’s comment that “the best team did not win the game” !!!

I’m done with this game !!!
