Go Coogs, big game for our program tonight and for Holgorsen to show we’ve turned it around, if we win it could launch us forward for years to come, kind of like when we went on the road and defeated Louisville under u know who lol
Have been getting lots of talk this week on the various ESPNU Sirius XM shows.
Im decked out in multiple layers of Cougar Red today at work.
Got my cougar gear on also!
Good luck Coogs. You guys have been great to me. I hope we see an injury free game tonight!
I’ve enjoyed my few interactions with you guys this last week. Wish I could have made the trip to Houston for the game tonight!
Gonna be a great game! ESPN baby!!
Duarte just posted something of an injury update, but nothing definitive:
Coach Dana Holgorsen said early in the week that the Cougars avoided major injuries in the opener but had 15 to 20 players out of practice with a variety of “nicks and bruises.” Among the notable to keep an eye on - safety Deontay Anderson, running back Mulbah Car and safety Garrison Vaughn. Car has nearly 300 yards and four touchdowns in his last three games dating back to last season, Anderson is the most experienced starter in the secondary and Vaughn is a key reserve.
Good luck tonight! Should be fun! Appreciate your input this week! Good luck the rest of the year
1 thing that probably most can agree on, I hope both teams win out after tonight!
Was hoping that we would have some classic Houston October weather to welcome the Cougs but it looks like they’ve brought a cold front with them from the promised land.
The humidity, even in October, tends to be OUR 12th man.
B.Y.U. Has always been a class team and fan base. My wish is also one of us goes undefeated and a New Year’s six bowl if not the CFP, and the other with one loss in a great bowl game.
Agree , I especially enjoyed BYU verses UH games in 2013 and 2014 or thereabouts. BYU is very talented and well coached this time too. I will be very surprised if the good guys (UH ) win this game.
Same to you brother!
Cheers to a fun game!
I was at the BYU game in 2013 at NRG stadium. Can we please refrain from chanting “F*ck you, BYU” to the opposing fans? Not that there will be a lot in attendance tonight.
Yea, there were some nasty UH fans by me saying some nasty things.
I don’t get it. It’s the kind of treatment I’ve received at UT back in the day that made me stop going to Austin for any sort of game.
Its college football. I had a whiskey bottle thrown at me at DKR-Memorial in 1984 when we beat the steers. Beautiful day, Gerald Landry was spectacular. So I had some bottles thrown at me by dumbasses who couldn’t throw and couldn’t drink big deal. We won, great day.
By the way it was cheap whiskey, typical Horns no class.
I don’t get it, we can and should be better. Respect visitors, show them Texas hospitality
