21-10 at the half. HBU quarterback is really good and has already thrown for almost 300 yards. He honestly should grad transfer to an FBS team. He’s being held back imo.

HBU has three assistants on offense from the coaching tree of Kliff Kingsbury, including running backs coach Tyler Schovanec, a son of the Texas Tech school president. That may be a major reason Texas Tech scheduled HBU instead of UH.

Impressive showing by Houston Baptist. Last week the Huskies allowed 721 yards in a 26-point loss at North Texas.
Huskies coach Vic Shealy started the program from scratch in 2014 and is making the Huskies competitive.
