At the very least, he should have given Orlando credit. Wasn’t Herman an offensive coach? How many players on offense were drafted or signed FA contracts for the position they played under Herman?

Tom Herman is perfect for the UT job because he is as big a self promoting jerk as all the other UT people are.

I hate defending the phony, but they did put out the same graphics while he was here at Houston. They often mentioned how the coaching staff had coached and developed guys at UT while putting UH bumpers on them.

There’s plenty to hit Herman on, but this is one of those things that’s kind of tame. Did Washington help develop Jackson III? He was his coach for a year so, yes, he did help.
He said " come play for the only coach…", not “coaching staff” !
