HOUSTON 37 Central Florida 24. If this game was lined just a couple weeks ago, Houston may have been laying 3 TD’s plus. Now they’re laying single digits to what we perceive is a much improved UCF team but still overrated in some of the betting markets. Last week UCF beat us on the VIP update but it was a misleading game (see page 1). That creates some value. Obviously, Houston was upset by SMU 38-16 (-22.5) and have now gone 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games. They don’t have much to play for now but do have a bye on deck. We’re laying it and playing it here but don’t trust the Cougars enough to make them a star-rated play.
