What great defense. Keeping their man in front of them, not fouling, getting rebounds. Tulane is outclassed today and they are a pretty good team.

CKS after the game:

  • Anytime you defend or rebound, you have a good chance to win
  • 18 assists on 26 baskets
  • Only 8 turnovers, Fabian had 3
  • Thought the kids came out prepared and they played well
  • Freshmen don’t know how to practice. No. Clue.
  • Galen and Rob will win 20 a year and possibly a tourney bid or two, but greatest legacy is showing the young guys how to practice
  • Doesn’t care about the Tulane loss. Ready to look at Cincy.
  • knows Cincy is good, but also knows we were up by 18 at one point against them.

This is the best UH defensive team in a long time. They give themselves a chance to win games even when the shooting is off.
