So many doubleheaders this year. In conference play, out of the 8 series we will play, 5 of them will have been rescheduled into doubleheaders with only the Memphis, USF, and East Carolina series unaffected.

By the way, if we sweep this series, we clinch at least a co-championship and will be the #1 seed in the conference tournament. On the other hand, if we get swept, we’ll be out of the running and could possibly slide to 5th or even 6th. Huge series and we probably need to win at least 2 games.

10-3 in American games when not playing a DH but only 4-4 on DH days. And one of those three losses was the Tulane 17-16 game. Hoping they take 2 today like they did vs. Wichita St.

I took a half day at work so I could watch the first game only to see that tweet as soon as I got home. Bummer.

At least it’s a beautiful Friday afternoon and the Coogs have an early lead.
