Iâm not saying ECU is like this every year but the bottom dwellers being this bad is not good for our conference. Games like this only make our players think they are better than they are. SMU on the road and the Conference Tourney is going to be tough and this JV Varsity exhibition game did nothing to prepare us for that.

At one point in the second half the cougars true shooting percentage was 101%. They ended of the game at 79%. Biggest lead of the game 61 points. Man this was an ass kicking of epic proportionâs.
Do you really think Sampson doesnât take free throw shooting seriously and have his players practice them constantly? If so, I want to be there when you say this to his face.

4 of the 14 were missed by Chris Harris who wouldn;t play a minute in a meaningful game. 1-3 was Brady, normally he is an okay FT shooter.

when you blowout a team like this FTâs should be the last of our worries.

I think we will be ranked in one poll and left off another. A few teams sitting outside the top 25 had some decent wins.

-NC State: Streak of 4 wins and knocked off #25 FSU at home
-VA Tech: beats #15 Clemson mid week, loses to Louisville on Sat
Arizona State at 25 in one poll lost twice. Kentucky and Arkansas likely to move up. Coogs may hang on at 25. State will get some votes but wonât crack the rankings.
