I respect the job Penders has done making a northeastern school a legit D1 program. That said, he made 5 pitching changes last night, and not one of them was done between innings. I think this is a tactic that is designed to slow the game and hopefully make the opponent lose focus, but it rarely works and makes games interminably long. I do not care for this at all.
