When do we play at home again? I’ve been wanting to catch a baseball game but never know when we play. But I may not be able to make a game until April :wink::wink::wink: die to basketball reasons

Not this weekend as they head to Dallas and then play McNeese midweek. The following weekend conference play starts with a very good UCONN team coming in.

HOUSTON NOTES
Offense:
• Davis, who homered in his second straight game and third of Houston’s last four games, finished 1-for-2 with two walks, two RBI and two runs scored.
• Hyland finished 2-for-4 with one RBI.
• Esau, Lockhart Jr. and Triolo all singled, respectively.

Pitching:
• Sophomore southpaw Clay Aguilar (1-1) picked up his first career win. The native of Deer Park, Texas, faced the minimum across three innings, surrendering no hits and no walks while recording four strikeouts.
• Sophomore Spencer Hynes was tagged for one unearned run across one and one-third innings in the start.
• Sophomore Ron Brown retired the lone batter he faced across two-thirds of an inning, as a caught stealing ended the second.
• Junior Sean Bretz worked around a leadoff error and struck out two in a scoreless third inning.
• Sophomore Jared Pettitte made his debut with a scoreless fourth inning. Pettitte faced the minimum, closing the inning with a pickoff.
• Freshman Tanner Green yielded a leadoff home run and got getting the first two outs of the fifth inning before turning the ball over to junior Tristen Bayless for the final out.
• In the ninth, junior Fred Villarreal skirted a leadoff single to record his second save of the season with both coming in Houston’s last three games.
