Weâve only gone undefeated one time during the regular seasonâŠ1967-68.
Our only losses were to UCLA in the NCAA Final Four semis, then to Ohio State for 3rd place. We finished 4th place. Sad ending to an otherwise glorious season.
Lost PG â George Reynolds before Regionals was big blow. Changed the whole scheme of Offense as he was big part of getting ball down low to Big E. But was good scorer also and defensive player.

George might have made a difference in the Ohio State game for 3rd place, but he wouldnât have made a difference in the UCLA game. That game was a lopsided defeat.
