Just saw on an Instagram post from Chambers that his season is over due to injury. That’s sucks and I feel for the kid

Hate it for the big fella! Get well soon.

Damn!!! That really sucks!!! What was the official diagnosis? I remember him getting hurt and it seemed flukey like someone rolled up on his leg. He seemed to walk off okay but obviously it’s not.

God bless Isiah, get well.

Haven’t seen anything official. Just an Instagram post from his account. I tried to attach the jpeg but it wouldn’t upload. Sent it to Duarte to see if he had heard anything.

Didn’t see anything on his Twitter. What did the instagram actually say?

Duarte just confirmed via twitter. sucks man

True, but it seemed like we were only using him on third down passing plays

Hope.he has a full recovery, think the young man can have a future in the NFL.

This is where teams like Alabama have an endless supply. Losing him and Davis are really really tough losses.

Stupid ESPN, they said he had cramps Thursday night.

Simply terrible. It’s easy to forget how much these athletes risk every day they practice or play football.

When they say, have they clarified the injury. Any knee injury is not good but I’m hoping that it’s just a meniscus tear and not an ACL or other major ligament tear.

If it was meniscus he could be back this season. I am thinking ACL or MCL.

Yes. It is worrisome. Are they giving any medical details on his knee injury? I have not seen anything.

Meniscus isn’t treated like it used to be.

It depends on what they do with it… If the torn portion is removed someone could be back in weeks, but if the tear is repaired it would be months.

I tore my meniscus for a second time ~3-4 years ago, repaired one time (not well clearly) removed the second.

Agree. Stuard had a quicker recovery than King, so there are different injuries and recovery timelines. Overall I would still take a meniscus tear over an ACL etc any day.
