They REALLY need to move the interior cameras as they are a complete waste of electricity where they are now.

You can only look at aluminum studs and drywall for so long.

Move them to a location where we can see the seating work going on.

Actally they have, all the pipes you see sticking out of the ground is for the electrical that will be going in on that level. Had to do that before pouring the concrete.
