Isn’t that Nate Hinton?
Yes! That would be him.
“Probably more than I realized,” Coach Sampson admitted. “I knew it was going to be a big statement; but, these kids love Jordan. I mean they love it! We had kids come on official visits this weekend and that’s all they wear. That’s what they’re doing.”
Wearing the Jordan Jumpman is not the same as wearing the Nike swoosh. The Jordan Jumpman represents Nike’s premium brand and kids know the difference.
"I walk in wearing Js, they’re saying “Ooooooooo, Coach!”, Sampson laughed. "I walk in wearing Nikes, they say, ‘Nice shoes, Coach.’ "
“That’s just the way they react to it. It’s been big; but, it’s not nearly as big as that new Guy V. Lewis Center or this Fertitta Center or finishing 21st in the nation or winning 27 games or finishing second in the league. But, you know, one of those things don’t stand by itself. The combination of all of that is what has us on a really good trajectory.”
2 Jumpman tshirts and 1 jumpman long sleeve shirt are on the UH Bookstore website ready to order. One of two tshirts says “WE ARE JORDAN” pretty clean. The other shirts says houston basketball
got 2 jordan shirts on the bookstore site. they are on sale too. 24 each.
Nothing against CMA but CKS knows how to promote UH and the program at a high level.
We’re in good hands guys
Are Jordans heavy shoes to play in? thats my only concern with the shoes. Would they get lightweight shoes with flex for games.
I was thinking the same
I like those jerseys.
