I don’t think our coaching turnover is any worse than some of our other conference peers. After two successful back-to-back seasons at Cincy, Luke Fickell is losing several assistants.

It is interesting that there were buyouts attached to assistant coach contracts. That could be a factor.
So, how big of a bump did he get?
Hmmm, better not think or treat us as old reliable.
Honestly, I can’t recall if he was that good of a coach because I can’t recall us really using a true tight end that much. McClusky played tight end for us, but he was almost more like a full back.
He’s a recruiter more than anything. I like the hire a lot.
