Dr Khator mentioned UH ‘s 6th yr grad rate topped 60% for the first time in our history and the plan is to push for 70% in the future which would put us in the top qtr of all schools. Also she mentioned we have 8,300 beds on campus with 2,700 beds in close by off campus private ones which gives is 11,000 students all living in campus or right off campus. I wish all of the dorm rooms are owned by UH instead of any private entity.
The Quad opens in Fall 2020 so that will give us about 1200 more beds.
