I don’t see any coaching experience in Matt’s background. Is this his first coaching job?
I sure hope he helps Jonathan big time on the recruiting front. A lot of it is just working your ass off.
Some enjoy recruiting and are good at it and some don’t enjoy it very much and in turn aren’t very good at it. Hopefully Matt’s is on the front end of that last sentence.
