Really want DeRuyter but articles like this continue to appear. This one is a couple of days old. Between the two, I know which one I like.

No one is perfect. There’s going to be games where players are off or the other coach has made a perfect cut gem w in game changes. But Big D seems to be a fantastic DC
Joe Cauthen will be Dana Hologrsen’s defensive coordinator at Houston, sources told FootballScoop on Monday.
Cauthen joins the Houston staff from Arkansas State, where he has been the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the past five seasons. The Red Wolves finished in the top five in scoring defense in the Sun Belt for the past four seasons, including a fourth-place finish in 2018.
Article also states Brian Early of Ark St will follow Cauthen as D-line coach. He was also Run Game coordinator for the Red Wolves
There are only 10 teams in the Sun Belt so this must be a fancy way to say middle of the pack.
