Well we had the hurricane a week after they projected October, so I’m guessing that didn’t get moved up.
The IPF cam shows that they have begun covering the bottom of the annex (eventually to become the weight room). I wonder if that means they’ve completed the flooring inside and no longer need the air flow (assuming that’s what the gap was left at the bottom. Anybody know?.

No, I can’t. I hope someone is able to post some interior shots soon, video or camera, I don’t care. It would be fun to see the progress.

I drove by today to see that the open spaces along the bottom are going to eventually be covered in light colored (same as campus) on the outside. On the South side holes are there to hold the big UH. Overall, the place is very impressive. I haven’t seen any other IPFs (other than the UT bubble) but would be surprised if many are better.
JD said there would be a few surprises. Wonder what he is referring to?
Although the IPF’s roof looks complete, I see someone up there working every day. I wonder if they are laying out something up there like the UH logo or something like what is on top of Toyota Center. I wonder if that is the surprise.
The Ritz is opening a satellite man cave in a corner of the IPF to facilitate watch parties for away games.
