Moving all to smart phones for tickets (HEB now has their coupons as scan only) is a really bad idea as it removes large amounts of lower income, privacy oriented, and older people from access.
Some things are convenient, but also until they prevent hackers, all is a potential privacy / identity theft issue. Not to mention the freedom to resell tickets if you can’t make a game.
