Is it normal to gain this much muscle over a Summer ?! Must be in some type of diet along with weightlifting & supplements. Just look at Devin Davis. He’s gotten much bigger since June.

Depends on what you mean by “normal.” The fastest guys have added about 1 lb/week of basically pure muscle. While that’s not really doable for 30 year-old Joe Everyman on his wife’s cooking working out 45 minutes a day after work, it’s probably feasible for an 18 year-old with elite-level nutrition and coaching who does nothing but train for 3 months out of the year.

Well, they brought in a football S&C to try to get them in shape and eat right. Looks like CKS has seen that we’ve been weak and have gotten pushed around too much. I don’t expect that to happen as much.

I’m impressed by the two freshmen: Aduwumni and White. Both are cut and huge compared to when they came in

Don’t know if you guys caught this in the video, but is this a possible walk-on? Anybody have some insight on who it is?
