OOC Scheduling news BYU and Boise

When Boise wears their all blue uniforms, I lose track of where their guys are.

Right. I think the MWC has some stipulation that has them wear alternate uniforms for their conferences games at home. They aren’t allowed to go all blue and be camouflaged.

Neat trick on their part to match their field but sad. Anywho, should be a good game.

Maybe they can get UTSA for that day. I know it would be for home with us but they could always switch one of the later games to an away if they need to balance.

Second look, that may not work with UTSA.

The Boise-Air Force game the other week was the worst. Boise went all blue and Air Force went Blue-White-Blue. It was borderline unwatchable.

the blue field is a joke

No more so than EWU’s red one or Central Arkansas’s purple and silver striped field. Or that monstrosity of a midfield logo in Commerce.

Sweet, now I have two easy road trips in 2020, and another 4 years later.

Easy money for us but I don’t wanna play those ass birds for what they pulled during tdecu’s construction. They can flock themselves.

Enlighten me

Is the Mountain West expanding?

IIRC, we scheduled the Cincy game that year at Rice Stadium and Rice said we weren’t allowed to use the home locker room for some reason. They proposed something like a pop-up tent and we wound up paying to move it to BBVA as a result.

Lol losers. Ruck Fice

So 2020 and 2023 will only have one P5 on the schedule with the addition of the Rice series.

The blue field would be a joke if they stunk, but they are pretty good most years, and simply great every once in a while. It started as a stunt, now it is a tradition.

Pretty lame, but I could care less about that. Seems like Rice missed out on the revenue, that was enough punishment.

Boise recruits on a blend of character and talent. They are not limited to the number of stars that a player is supposed to have. This is their tradition. There is a lot of thought process involved with their recruiting. They made that decision almost 20 years ago now and we can all see the results.

I’ve always liked Boise, have a lot of respect for them and their history and really look forward to playing them and making a roadie
what I despise is that turf. Wonder if wearing shooting glasses turns it green when you watch? I bet even their players step on a green field and go
 ahhhhhhh nice.
